Cerebra Integrated Technologies gets consent for its E-waste recycling plant

Cerebra Integrated Technologies is up by 9% at Rs 43.60 per share at 12:25 hours IST on BSE. It hit a high of Rs 44 and a low of Rs 41.50 so far during the day.

The company on Tuesday informed that it has received the consent of Karnataka State Pollution Control Board to commence the production for its E-waste recycling plant in Bangalore. Its operations will include dismantling and segregation of E-waste for recovery of precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium, as per BSE filing.

On the NSE, the traded volume of the shares of the company is 3,07,817 and the traded value is Rs 131.47 lakhs. The free float market capitalisation of the company is Rs 334.14 crore.

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Limited is engaged in wholesale of computer peripheral equipment and software, manufacture of desktop computers and computer servers, and computer facilities management activities.

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd is currently trading at Rs 43.6, up by Rs 3.6 or 9% from its previous closing of Rs 40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 41.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs 44 and Rs 41.5 respectively. So far 566844(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs 433.95 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 50.15 on 18-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs 11.79 on 03-Aug-2016. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 43.65 and Rs 39.75 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 6.71 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.99 % and 92.29 % respectively.
